A dad for him!

He looks in awe… so small and fragile
Delicate little fingers and toes... it's his child
The father sits in a window… oblivious to the world
Looking down with a smile … at his pink bundle

Peeking in with curiosity, is a little boy full of wonder
Wondering at the man's love for the wrinkly bundle
Ah! This must be the man the kids call a dad
Wonder where I can get one for me, just like that!

Suddenly it strikes him… it's as simple as that!
He turns around and runs home as fast as he can
To ask his mom, that the next time she goes to market
Instead of chocolates, can she bring him a dad?
